Graham Gould of Melbourne, Australia, a descendant of the former Penzance Rabbi, B. A. Simmons and Flora Jacob (of Redruth), visited the Penzance cemetery with his wife and cousin in the Summer of 2019. One of the Simmons's sons, Abraham Barnett and his wife, Leah Alman of Bristol, emigrated to Australia. Their headstones are in the Old Jewish Cemetery in Ballarat, located some distance from Melbourne.
